If the package/packaging is severely damaged, our recommendation is to refuse to accept the package, in which case the products will be returned to AGT LED PROFİL at no cost to the customer.
If the customer decides to accept a damaged package, it is necessary to draw up a report with the carrier (courier or post office) specifying that the package packaging was damaged upon receipt.
The report form will be made available to the customer by the courier.
In the absence of a report regarding the fact that the packaging/package was damaged upon receipt, any subsequent complaint cannot be taken into account without the report.
The AGT LED PROFİL customer may return the purchased products in the following situations:
– The packages are severely damaged, in which case a report is drawn up with the carrier specifying that the packaging is damaged
– The products were delivered / invoiced incorrectly;
– The products have manufacturing defects;
– “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.” Also, in accordance with art. 7 paragraph 1 of OG 130/2000, the Customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product/products, without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, the direct costs of returning the products will fall, according to the law, on the Customer’s responsibility.
The customer undertakes to notify AGT LED PROFIL of his intention to return the purchased products, by any means of written communication (e-mail/fax/etc.) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products and/or services.
The customer who has notified AGT LED PROFIL is responsible for ensuring that the products he referred to will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days, otherwise, AGT LED PROFIL will consider the request unfounded/invalid and may refuse the return.
The AGT LED PROFIL customer will not be able to return the purchased products and/or will not claim any other damages/compensation, in the following situations:
If the return request for any of the situations provided has a date of dispatch of the notification of the intention to return that exceeds the period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the working day following the date of receipt of the products by the customer.
– In the event that a product is returned for one of the situations provided, and the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, without traces of use and with the documents that accompanied it). – According to O.G. 130/2000 (art. 10 letter c) AGT LED PROFIL reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned. Products that constitute a kit must be returned as a kit. The products must not be used and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, the boxes being considered as part of the product. The products must be intact upon return.
In the event of a refund of the product value, this will be made within 14 calendar days of confirming the return.
In the event of a product replacement, the replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a normal order.
In the event that the Customer has returned a product in accordance with the provisions, and AGT LED PROFIL does not have a suitable product for replacement, it will offer the customer the product value
The value of additional services including, but not limited to, the transportation of the products, paid by the customer, is not refundable.
In all cases, the return/re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the products are defective or incorrectly invoiced, in which case AGT LED PROFIL will bear the cost of the transportation. Also, in the case of the delivery of an unordered product(s), the return costs are the responsibility of AGT LED PROFIL
